Tom brings a strong background in Nuclear Power Generation to the company with over thirty years of experience with Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipbuilding. Tom held several management positions including General Manager of NGNN’s subsidiary company, Newport News Industrial Corporation, and Manager of Nuclear Engineering for Aircraft Carriers.

Bill’s background encompasses more than forty years of experience in engineering design, oversight of major construction projects, and executive management. The majority of his career to date has been associated with nuclear submarine design and construction, and the design, construction, and maintenance of commercial nuclear power plants. With Enserv he is a participant in the planning, development and marketing of new business opportunities for the company.
